Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received after 5.30pm will be processed the following working day.

Local collection at our Milan office

To avoid shipping costs, you can choose to collect your order at our warehouse located in the Milan Porta Venezia-Dateo area. Once you place your order and select local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepped and ready for pickup within 2 business days. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the relevant instructions.

Standard delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over €200. For orders under €200 we charge €10 for delivery. We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
When your order ships you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. If you do not receive the order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@ritarita.it specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.

Social delivery

Shipments to Milan are carried out with So.De-Social Delivery, a supportive and sustainable delivery service that aims to create an alternative delivery system, contracting its riders fairly, enhancing ethical and local products and respecting the environment, from the first to the last mile. So.De is not just an ethical delivery, it also has a solidarity project behind it: the product delivery work feeds a chain of solidarity deliveries for families in conditions of fragility and marginality in Milan.
