Returns and refunds policy

You can exercise the right of withdrawal (so-called Right of Reconsideration) reserved for you by the art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 (Consumer Code), and by Directive 2011/83/EU and subsequent amendments.


You must communicate your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order by sending an email to our customer service with the subject "Return + order number".

Returned items must still have the tags on and must be returned in the original packaging. Returns that show visible signs of wear or use will not be accepted. In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund. For this reason we recommend using a courier with tracking.

We only exchange the ordered item if it has defects.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if successful, we will proceed with the refund.

Is the cost of return shipping refunded?

No, the shipping cost is not refunded (unless the item is faulty).
